My Scouts and I paddled canoes full of our camping gear from the base beach all the way across the lake to this free camping area in September 2005, we sure did have a blast camping here. There are cabins right up the road if you dont like roughing it, or want to invite a bunch of friends, lots of waterfowl in the migratory season too.

Beautiful lake view from here. My daughter was all into finding the cache until she saw the first spider lol. We prevailed over Spidey and were successful. We took the little Samurai Budda and left a Native American keychain.

Wow! What a fun camping spot! Watch for spiders...they were everywhere! There was a nice little walkway into the lake that we took a few minutes to sit and enjoy! There wasn't any room to leave anything. TFTC!

Great location to draw people to. We frequently hang out in this area. We are fond of the difficult miniature golf just up the road.

Myself, Mrs. CATMCommando, Abject and a friend found this one together.
