No need to get wet trying to get to this island, there's a bridge to it.
Follow the track from the coordinates given as "additional waypoints" to get to the cache.
This should be a fairly straight forwad find as there weren't many spots to hide a cache near ground zero. Small systema snaplock container.
Note that the cache is bright blue. Try to spot it first in order to minimise any damage when finding thid cache.
