At my cache "Govern This" Trowel32 wrote in her log "For a short period of time I was thinking it would be amusing to try to find the cache with just the "view from the cache" picture, but then I decided I should probably just solve the puzzle." Well that got me thinking and led me to place this cache, for which you will have to use the supplied photo which I took close to GZ. The photo contains the information you need to determine the cache coordinates. It would be helpful if you could place that information into a file in a popular format, like for example, .pdf.
