There is no need to go to the listed coordinates as the cache is not there. Indeed, searching for the cache there is not only futile, but is more than likely to leave you metabolically challenged. The actual cache is within a league of there though.

The location of the cache is as follows:

To determine the missing digits, you just simply have to follow the directions given. The digits for the north coordinate are given first.

1. Start with the title of cache
2. Remove the spacing
3. Change the D to an S
4. Substitute the LOW with HIGH
5. Change the SIR for a MAAM
6. Insert a TREE before the T
7. Change the L to an E
8. Insert a B inside the double E
9. Turn the FOE into a FRIEND
10. Remove the BET
11. Move the END to the end
12. Move the C to after the first A
13. Send the SEND to before the second M
14. Change all R’s into E’s
15. Substitute the CAME with WENT
16. Move the last letter to before the last E
17. Move the A left across three letters
18. Insert a Y inside the double T
19. Change the TEN into a TWENTY
20. Remove both EI’s
21. Change the SEA into LAND
22. Remove the first H
23. Change both M’s into T’s
24. Change the L into an R
25. Change the last N into an A
26. Turn the AND into an OR
27. Move the EAT to before the I
28. Insert a U after the first O
29. Switch the first two letters around
30. Insert an A after the last R

33. Change the first R to an F
34. Add the appropriate spacing
