The cache is a 0,25 L plastic box.
Huhtikuussa 1918 joukko Tammelalaisia poikia piilotteli punaisia Pyhäjärven rannalla piiloluolassa lähellä Rohannokkaa. Vaikka luola oli pieni ja tarjosi varmaankin melko vähän suojaa huhtikuun pitkinä kylminä öinä, pojat mitä ilmeisimmin selvisivät evakkoretkestään vahingoittumattomina ja palasivat koputtelemaan muistokirjoituksen kallion kylkeen.
Mikäli tiedät kätköluolasta tai piilossa olleista pojista enemmän, lähetä tiedot kätkön ylläpitäjälle niin lisään ne tähän selostukseen.
Talvella kätkölle pääsee jäätä pitkin. Lähistöllä on kuitenkin virtapaikkoja joissa jää saattaa olla heikkoa kovillakin pakkasilla.
Kätkön läheisyyteen pääsee myös tietä pitkin. Ainakin talvella kannattaa auto jättää tien alkuun (N60.46.222, E23.48.380). Risteyksestä (N60.46.290, E23.47.898) käännyttyä vasemmalle, on parempi kääntyä tieltä lyhyen kävelemisen jälkeen (N60.46.249 E23.47.378) kätkön suuntaan.
Korkeiden kallioiden takia paikalla on melko heikko GPS-signaali - koordinaattien tarkkuus saattaa olla huono.
Huonon signaalin takia ja etsijöiden kommenttien pohjalta muutettiin vaikeus D2 -> D3 (180407). Etsijöiden kommenttien perusteella nostettiin T2 -> T3 (280708)

The Finnish Civil War was fought from January 27, 1918 to May 15, 1918, between the forces called the "Reds" led by the People's Deputation of Finland and the forces called the "Whites" led by the Senate of Vaasa.
In April 1918 were local boys hiding from the Reds in a small cave by the lake Pyhäjärvi near Tammela. Obviously the boys survived one of the bloodiest civil wars in Europe and came back to carve a mark on to the rock to commemorate their time spent in the small cave.
You can walk to the cache over the ice from Tammela Curch, but the distance is quite long and especially spring ice is very traitorous. Therefore I do not recommend you do this unless you have a local “guide” who is familiar with the current ice situation.
You can also arrive near the cache by car, parking on coordinates N60.46.222, E23.48.380, and following the road. Take the left turn on coordinates N60.46.290, E23.47.898, and head towards the hide from approximately coordinates N60.46.249 E23.47.378
The coordinates are probably not very accurate, since GPS-signal at cache is rather weak
Because of the poor reception and comments diffuculty was raised from 2 to 3 (180407). Because of the comments terrain rating was raised 2,5 to 3 (280708).
