Geocache Description:

Ophidiophobia, defined as "a persistent, abnormal, and unwarranted fear of snakes" is a common phobia that causes countless people needless distress.

While waiting for Blondie's ophidiophobia counseling session at the doctor's office, TJ decided to scout the area for a cache placement.

In no time, he had stumbled onto a snake pit. Most of them appeared to be non-venomous, so he decided that it would be a great place to put a cache.

A Snake Seen At The Cache

If you want to try for this cache and are only mildly phobic, be aware that it can cause panic attacks and keep people apart from loved ones and business associates. Symptoms typically include shortness of breath, rapid breathing, irregular heartbeat, sweating, nausea, and overall feelings of dread, although everyone experiences fear of snakes in their own way and may have different symptoms.

Though a variety of potent drugs are often prescribed for fear of snakes, side effects and/or withdrawal symptoms can be severe. Moreover, drugs do not "cure" fear of snakes or any other phobia. At best they temporarily suppress the symptoms through chemical interaction.

So for all these reasons, TJ takes no responsibility for the health risks associated with this cache. (And please don't tell Blondie what I've done.)

There is only one curb between the doctor's parking lot and the cache, so it is almost wheelchair accessible.

There is no writing instrument nor weapons in the cache. So bring a pen and whatever.

A TJ and Blondie pathtag is in the cache for FTF.
