Geocache Description:

This cache is located near Andrews Shelter. It was placed to celebrate Hannah and Grants Wedding. There is a present for the first to find and some bits and pieces to swap and when placed, a Stan the Man Travel Bug.

The cache is 130km North of Christchurch on the way to Arthurs Pass. It is 1.5 km past the Cass River bridge and 5.3 km from the turn off to Mount White down a gravel road. The co-ordinates are for the cache although the GPS was accurate to only 14 metres. We have given it a difficulty level of 2.5 simply because it`s off the beaten track a bit and I tripped on a rock trying to place it.There are a few people about sometimes but there are plenty of places to sit quietly. The cache is an ammunition container. The clue will allow you to find it easily so don`t read it if you want more of a challenge.
