Geocache Description:

IT HAS BEEN RE-HIDDEN 9-17-01, **glenn

We originally came to this location thinking one thing and ended up with a whole different thought. This is another easy cache. As you walk thru the streets in the area keep a sharp eye out for all those souls that have come before you. On the surface, it appears that you are going nowhere here but this was once a busy area. All is gone now, you will have to add them back in with your minds eye. Be sure to stop at the bridge and get some info. A long time ago this was a restaurant. I played many Friday nights entertaining the dinners that would gather here. It was strange being back.

Parking is not difficult. This would be a great place to bring the bikes as car traffic is all but gone now. We parked at the corner of Oak Road & Lincoln Drive in a nice shady spot. Walk up Lincoln Dr. along the chain link fence and the RR tracks, passing Narcissus, Maple, Laurel, Ivy, Hawthorn and finally Grove. The cache is located in the back yard of 643 Forrest dr. Don't worry, it's OK if ya go there, no one will mind.

Hope you enjoy. **Glenn & JoA

This cache contains some things we got from Butch's "Little Grand Canyon" cache. Since its .2 mi from the old location, i guess it would be "legal" to re find it. This is a less visable location than before and should not be accidentely discovered.
