An easy walk on the north side of Katoomba
A place where there’s constant laughter of water!! This cache
is placed in an area, which is not often visited. This was my first
time and so I thought that it would be a great spot to bring other
cache hunters, show you all a different side of Katoomba.
From the car park S33°41.207' E150°19.542' it’s a
relatively easy 1km walk to get to the falls area. There are a few
lookouts at the end to admire the falls and the gorges. Take your
camera for there are some great pics to take..
Please don’t go bush bashing to find this one!! You
don’t need to leave the main track until you get within
50mts, then its rocky/grassy ground cover.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL AROUND GZ AS THERE ARE CLIFFS!!!!!
The cache is a small 2lt container with the usual swaps and
logbook.
After your find you can follow the track down to the bottom of the
falls, nice little pool there.

found it! Very nice place and a great walk to he catch. We really enjoyed it. We just couldn't find the parkplace so we had a long walk. Maybe you can put the coördinates of the parkplace on the site?

Nice hide. I love these caches that are a little bit exposed.... nice view and cool waterfall. This was my first experience with the Australian bush and lets just say I was a LITTLE concerned about snakes and spiders! Hmmm.... caching in NZ is way less stressful! LOL
