I dropped a few caches a while back. Some will blossom into puzzling caches. Some will be the drive by for a quick grab variety. Keep everyone happy that way. This one is of the latter variety.
Seems like if you are going to be putting in a city well, a convenient spot for it might be near a pipe company. From this cache site, you should have a view of both. It is silver and the name should provide some help.
