It may surprise you to know that the cache is not really located at the centre of the Royal Adelaide Showgrounds oval, nor anywhere else in the grounds. Otherwise you're on your own. Please note that there is a gate that allows access to the cache without having ti climb the fence. It about 15m or so to the east of GZ.
