In honour of Stewart (version one and two) Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

WazzaAndWenches: There's a very high likelyhood that this cache is a long way downstream after the recent floods. I am not in a position to check on it at the moment so, unfortunately, it has to be archived.

Geocache Description:

This cache came about as a result of a missed turnoff while out scouting around for a suitable spot to hide "The Meaning of Echuca (#3)". The area gets quite a lot of traffic for such an out-of-the-way spot. A number of fisherman also frequent the area (although they only every seem to catch stubbies from esky's, not fish from rivers). GZ will place you near a new and an old structure. The new one was a long time coming and proved quite an inconvenience to those living nearby. Long before the new structure was created, the old one was deemed unsuitable and closed off from public access. This meant a huge delay for locals needing relief from the remoteness. Eventually conditions improved and the structure was completed, much to the joy of nearby residents and those wishing to visit.
