Madrona Park is a wonderful wooded park that many people are not
aware of. There are many cars driving by along Lake Washington
Blvd. every day and I would wager very few of the drivers know this
area is here.
This park is lovingly maintained by the neighbors. I placed this
after a wind storm had knocked down several trees. Before the city
had a chance to get out here, those neighbors had started clearing
the windfall. When I placed the cache, I met with one of those
neighbors and showed him what I was doing. I suspect most of the
neighbors know about the cache and approve of it being here to
bring people to the park.
Take some time and enjoy the peaceful park.
