For adventurous heathens among us...
a group will meet at 8:00AM Local

at the Palmer Reservoir TrailHead
(N39 07.112 W104 55.288)
to hike to Swanks' Library (GC8B99), Braggin Rights (GC11KF6) and
Cap Rock Challenge (GCB349).
Vorticity
knows the way. Expect 4 hours.
You might want a change of clothes in the car or truck
pre-party.
Bring gloves.
Come show your appreciation and revel in some geocaching fun
(feel free to bring your stories, memories and cameras!). This will
be a group cache hunt and geocaching gathering as a positive
"requiem" for Ron, the Master of Camo and one of the nicest
Colorado geocachers you ever want to meet.
Being the wonderfully supportive man he is, Ron's bravely venturing
to the Deep South for a while and, hopefully soon, returning back
to us to continue to keep all guessing, searching and shaking their
heads at the experiences and ingenuity. Best wishes!
Creative parking solutions may be needed,
as always be aware of local ordinances/postings and property
rights... Look for the "Yule Log" sign and be prepared to walk a
little to/from the truck.
There will be a raffle (must be present to
win) with all proceeds going to support the event and future
geocaching gatherings.
