Furthest out
This cache 50 Cal. Ammo Box sits just up the hill from a vista point (wide spot) along the road within Knoxville Public Lands. It is the furthest out I have hidded a cache so hang in there, you get to it eventually. I hope you really enjoy the views from here. There is an easier access point to the cache location if you park your vehicle at the turnout and continue walking along the road about 30 more feet or so, then go up.
Please note: This is Rattlesnake country so please use extreme caution while caching any where around here and carry your walking stick. Cell Phone reception is very spotty, but my OnStar phone worked ok. 4x4 is not required during the dry season, but a vehicle with decent ground clearance is recommended.
