This cache has been archived.

Mr. Waldo: Cache gone again. This spot is getting too much muggle traffic; better spots further up the canyon for a new cache.

Geocache Description:

Grant County

This cache is part of the New Mexico Challenge. One cache is hidden in each of New Mexico's 33 counties.

Your mission, should you decide to accept it is to find and log all 33 caches with a photo of yourself at the cache site.

Take Allie Canyon Road off of highway 35, north of Membres, NM. (Allie Canyon Road sign may be missing). The cache is about 1/2 mile in. Park near windmill. Most cars with reasonable clearance should be able to make this trip at the moment, but this canyon is subject to violent flash floods, so the road conditions may change at any time, i.e., be prepared to take a short hike. This is a beautiful but rugged canyon further in. If you have the time, it's a nice drive or hike.

An unregistered, collectable geocoin for the FTF. Take your cache picture at the windmill.
