Please read description before searching for this cache!

The cache is placed in a public place and there may be many people hanging around. Surprisingly, the best time to search for the cache is midday, when the people are around. It is hidden in such a way that you don't have to behave suspiciously searching for it or retrieving it. Just stand on the bridge, keep your eyes open, and start meditating on the clue. The cache is in plain sight, although heavily camoed - you don't have to get off the bridge to retrieve it, nor have to make any suspicious movements. No need to go down on your knees, or search up in the tree. It is not there.

Here is a clue, written in plain Anguish Languish:
