Hiers Park
11:45 - 11:59 Mill about and mosey. Be nonchalant and casual. Look
like a muggle. Don't look like a gathering waiting to happen. Mosey
as realistically as you can. This is part of the fun. We will seem
to appear out of no-where.
12:00 LEAD DOG will blow the whistle and walk to ground zero with
a bucket of swag and log sheets. This is the signal that the event
has begun!
12:00 - 12:06 Mingle. Shake hands. Give the Geocaching secret
Salute to each other. Share stories. Brag. Trade swag. You should
take some swag, you don’t have to trade for it. Take pictures. Sign
the log sheets and place them in the bucket. CITO the local
area!
12:06 Delicious meal of Peanuts will be distributed.
12:08 Line up facing the Flag, remove your covers, place them over
your heart with your right hand and Pledge Allegance to the
Flag..
12:11 Assemble for the Group photo.
12:14 One minute warning is called-- "It is now 9:14!" Prep to
leave, but don't "look" like you are prepping. (You might want to
"secretly" organize where you will re-form after dispersal.)
12:15 EXACTLY Whistle will be blown. Wait for it ... then LEAVE
the area (right at 12:15 in a disorderly manner / different
directions) and meet elsewhere if desired. The bucket of swag will
