Geocache Description:

A camo'd micro on a short service road/trail. GPS behavior can be erratic here.

Picked this spot above my neighborhood for my first hide. I had walked to the end of the road many times before I discovered the trail on the other side of the gate. Some of the online maps show this as a regular road. This is one of two such service road/trails that allow you to go from the lower neighborhood to the upper neighborhood accessed by Shannon Road. This allows for a nice long walk up Harwood, across Santa Rosa, and down into BelGatos park.

You can access this from Harwood or from Santa Rosa. On the Harwood end, be careful with parking as one side of the street and the turnaround at the end are posted as No Parking. Best bet is to turnaround at the end and drive back down the hill. Park on the right after the first island.

Bring your own pen. No room for trade items (unless they're really small)
