some steep bridleways with tree roots can be muddy at times
There are probably several routes to this cache as the area is criss crossed with Footpaths and Bridleways.I parked at N 50 54.700 W 000 07,782 and took the Footpath that starts on the bend of this small white road as you face the Downs following the route past the lake on the left. This is a great walk giving splendid views with plenty of flora and fauna.Whatever route you take will no doubt be rewarding.
Near the cache (which is a small Tupperware beaker with blue lid containing log book, ftfc, keyrings and clip.) is a small clearing with chalky mounds with uninterrupted views over Sussex, see if you can spot the small white windmill in the distance.
