Kjellerup by har en dejlig naturpark rundt om byen mod vest. Den oprindelige ring starter ved Vestergade/hallen og følger Sygehusdalen til Grønningen/rådhuset. Her er de ældste træer plantet i 1889. Både mod syd til industriområdet og mod nord til Hørup kirke fortsættes anlægget langs Sygehusbækken eller Tange å.
Vandreturene i ådalene kan deles op i kortere eller længere ture, evt. kombineret med en tur tilbage gennem byen.
DN arbejder på at få ført "Krabbes Grønne Ring" hele vejen rundt om byen via "Bjergområdet" og Astrupvej.
Kjellerup city has a loveley naturepark arownd the city´s westside. The original ring starts at Vestergade and follows the valley to the Grønningen/Townhall.
Here the oldest trees are planted in 1889. Both in south to the industriarea and to the north to Hørup church the naturepark continius along the stream.
