The actual coordinates to this cache are located inside the cache "Skeleton Keys" Once you have found "Skeleton Keys" you will be required to solve a puzzle inside the cache to figure out the coordinates to "Spinal Coord".

Inside this cache you will find another puzzle that will give you the coords to the final cache in this series, "The Bone Collector".
