Geocache Description:

Cache is about .25 mile uphill. Uphill road is paved, then short path in the woods.

This is my first cache and the first cache of my namesake, Thatcher Road. The cache is about .25 mile uphill off of Thatcher Road. The road uphill is paved, and gated. There is pleanty of room to park at the bottom--just don't block the gate, and watch for cars when leaving. At the top of the hill is one of Rockport's water tanks. There may be a pleasent view of the Atlantic when the leaves are off the trees. If you find one, post a picture! From the top there is a short walk on level path to the cache.

The cache is in an ex-peanutbutter jar, medium sized. It contains some farm animals, sunblock/bug repellant, and a fold-up frizbee.
