At top of a local hill with a nice open view from the bare summit. Nice spot for a picnic and the walk in is not too rigorous though watch for the trail's left turn after the ferns.
Small spice container cache, should not be too hard to find, and you should get a nice walk out of this. Parking is off Erickson Rd. in Ashby which is off Rt 119, coordinates 42.40.302 071.50.566.
