Nicely mown path from the Runnells Rd parking. Jim Hill Riverwalk Trail begins wide with two fine bridges over marsh. At the end of the second bridge the path becomes single file narrow but still good walking terrain[:)]
I never knew that the Lehtinen Park up by Horsehill & Warner Rd has a path that comes all the way to Jim Hill Riverwalk Trailhead. It is more than a mile long. At times it is wide and easy. Other sections are narrow path with tall grass.
These Chckns came in from Runnells Rd & dropped off MAMD Hits 2000! GC13XWA They crossed the two bridges & came to a sign that had a left arrow for the Riverwalk & a right arrow for the shortcut. They took the Shortcut for a short distance ... saw a huge log on the right to rest. Ahhhhh
Spotted the perfect tree for roosting
about 60' easy bushwacking. NO NIGHT CACHING.
