ChipnDonna: I'm retiring my geocaches in the stretch from Los Trancos Preserve, through Foothills Park, and through Arastradero Preserve. I've got an achy (but not breaky - so far) hip that will severely limit my ability to maintain these caches. So I am cleaning them out and archiving them. Hopefully someone else will repopulate this stretch.

Geocache Description:

Cache is located in a rarely visited corner of Enid W. Pearson Arastradero Preserve (http://www.city.palo-alto.ca.us/community-services/documents/Pearson-ArastraderoMap-2-06.pdf)

A water bottle sized container found only a few steps from a little used loop trail in a far corner of the preserve. The location is at the highest elevation (760 ft) of the trail system in this preserve. You do not need to (and should not- by park rules) leave the trail system to reach this cache.

Please note: preserve is open to the public from 8 am to sunset every day.

Coordinates given above are best used in approaching cache. The averaged coordinates of N37 22.298 W122 11.471 at the cache location seem to be influenced by some nearby trees, but if you stay long enough at this spot you may see a drift to these coordinates.

Cache initially contains 5 alien finger puppets from LittleAlEInn in Rachel NV.
That's better than the usual $2 bill for FTF!
