Super easy! It's a drive up & hop over a 4' rock face.
This cache was placed on a cache bare stretch of the Trans Canada Hwy. I find naming a cache is the hard part, kinda like giving a baby a name. On the day the cache was released into the wild it was also the first day of a Manitoba Heat wave (35C). So there you go, enjoy...
