There aren't many caches on the levee in Foster City, so I
thought I'd add one.
While you're out biking, running, or walking, here's an excuse
to take a short break. Also suitable for a drive-up. There's a nice
view of the bay and the San Mateo bridge from here. On a clear day
you can see Mt. Diablo and the Dumbarton bridge as well.
Traffic on the levee isn't usually very heavy, so retrieval and
replacement shouldn't be a problem. Some extra stealth may be
required at peak times.
