There is no need to go onto any private property.

The cache location should be reasonably obvious as there really is only one place to adequately hide a cache of this size here - hence "Easy Peasy."

You're looking for a 10L plastic bucket. Accuracy when placed was 5m.

The difficulty level would be one star if it were not for the higher than normal possibilty of being observed or muggled here!

Easily (peasily) the largest (sub)urban cache I have ever found. Certainly easy peasy, as there really is only one place to hide it! How can this not have been muggled??? Presumably the nearby residents must know about it? TFTC

GPS had us looking in the wrong place, soon as we read what sort of container it was, cache was found quickly :) TFTC
