[EN] Simple cache (former multi). The cache is a 2 litre plastic box.
[FI] Viinakallion historia ajoittuu vuoteen 1886, jolloin viinan kotipoltto omaan tarpeeseen kiellettiin. Myös Haapajärven kylän kaikki viinapannut luovutettiin nimismiehelle, paitsi yksi. Se vietiin syvälle metsään kallion alle, ja kylän väki jatkoi yhteistuumin pontikankeittoaan. Ponupannun paikka on merkattu waypointilla. (Lähde: B. Hedberg, Haapajärvi - min hemby)
GPS:n tarkkuus on paikoin huono, samoin kompassisuunnat heittelevät.
Naamioi kätkö kevyesti käynnin jälkeen.
HUOM! Kätkön ohi vievä yksityistie on puomilla suljettu tien varrella sijaitsevan räjähdysainevarikon vuoksi. Nelipyöräiset ajoneuvot voi jättää pysäköintipaikalle n. kilometrin päähän kätköpaikalta (waypoint).
Bussipysäkki 1 (Hauklammentie) sijaitsee Turuntiellä 500 m itään risteyksestä. Bussipysäkki 2 (Haapapurontie) sijaitsee Turuntiellä 400 m länteen risteyksestä. Bussi numero 290 liikennöi Kampista.

[EN] The history of Viinakallio (Liquor Hill) dates back to year 1886, when home distilleries were banned by law. All stills of the Haapajärvi village were relinguished to the police chief, except one. The villagers hid it deep in the forest and continued to cook moonshine. Location of the still is indicated by a waypoint.
GPS accuracy may be poor at the site, and compass readings may be off at places.
Replace the camouflage lightly after your visit.
NOTE: The road leading by the cache is closed from unauthorized vehicles because of an explosive depot along the road. Cars can be parked ca. 1 km from cache site (see waypoint).
Bus stop 1 is located 500 m east of trailhead. Bus stop 2 is located 400 m west of trailhead. Bus number 290 operates from Helsinki bus station.
