An ellipse is a regular oval path, traced by a point moving in a plane so that the sum of its distances from two foci is constant. It’s a type of conic section, the intersection of a cone cut by a plane that doesn’t intersect the cone’s base.
A circle is simply a well-behaved ellipse. While placing a cache called The Oval, I was inspired to also place this ovoid cache. I guess together these two caches could be called the ellipses.
But ellipses is also the plural form of ellipsis. An ellipsis is the omission of a word or words that are superfluous or that can be understood from contextual clues, usually indicated by a set of three dots indicating the omission. Three little dots with potentially so much hidden information.
The cache is at... 011002012000...002012100 021001010100...010021002
Parking can be found very close by, no late night caching please. Please bring a pen. The small container is, of course, elliptical.
