MnGCA Fall Event and General Meeting

Wild River State Park

Please Note: The parks charge an entrance fee of $5/vehicle/day, or $25 annual/vehicle.

Camping is $18/night, plus $4/night for those who desire electricity.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
9:00 Meet and Greet at the shelter
9:30 Head out to find caches in the park
12:00 Lunch Time - Potluck style
1:00 MnGCA Meeting (and elections)
2:30 Raffle and Prize give-away
4:00 Clean Up

If you have a raffle prize to donate, please contact Joel, KC0GRN, the MnGCA Treasurer so that we know it's coming.

The MnGCA will be providing the main course (probably burgers/brats). We ask that if you're planning on eating with us that you do two things:
1. Post a "will attend" note here by September 28th with the number of people in your group that will be eating (so we have ample time to purchase supplies).
2. Include in your "will attend" note what you're planning on bringing to share for lunch so that others know what else is coming.

We are planning on having multiple permanent, geocaching.com log-able caches placed in the park for the event. These caches will listed on this page when they are in place, although they will not be published until the event takes place.
