Three cheers for the people who maintain the trails. We saw four of them today on our hike - it's a lot of work!
You don't need to leave the trail to reach this cache.
Park at N 37° 14.469 W 122° 06.339 and hike on the trail on the north end of the parking lot. You'll cross the street and start down the Loghry Woods Trail.
