A driveby cache with magnificent views. Enjoy them while you can...
The developers are coming to the parcel of land between Okura and Long Bay. So before that happens, we thought we would set a cache that would allow people to appreciate the rolling hills of Auckland's northern fringe.
This cache has views over the Okura River Estuary and the Weiti River to the north and Rangitoto and the Sky Tower to the south.
Bring your camera, its worth it!
The cache is a camoed Berroca container, so just contains a logbook and pencil. Mind the wire at GZ, it is possible to reach the cache without touching it. No need either to cross any fences.
While the cache is available 24/7, we would really recommend doing the cache during daylight hours!
