Geocache Description:

Cache is located in the Lower Huron Metro Park along the Paw Paw Trail.

This cache is located with the Lower Huron Metro Park, a part of the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Park Authority park system. A Vehicle Entry Permit is required: Annual Permit $20.000, Senior Permit $12.00, Daily Permit $4.00. For general information please call 1-800-47-PARKS, or visit our website at www.metroparks.com All park rules and regulations apply. Park in designated parking lots only. Check the Metroparks website for park hours.

Cache is a medium sized Lock-N-Lock container with the usual swag when placed. It is approximately a .19 mile walk down the trail from the Trail Head sign (see additional Waypoint information). Note that dogs and bicycles are not allowed on the trail. Enjoy the walk and notice the various trees making up this part of the Metropark. Some are marked with plaques and descriptions. Please follow the trail and DO NOT bush whack to the cache. Cache is located very near the trail and can be accessed without disturbing any undergrowth. Parking in the Sycamore Bend parking area.
