Geocache Description:

This is a tradtional cache in the Lower Vine Brook conservation area in Lexinton, MA. It requires a short hike

We've hidden this cache in the Lower Vine Brook Conservation Area. Your best bet is to park on the street near one of the entrances on either Webb St. or Utica St. (The owner of the house at the Utica St. entrance prefers that people park on the street rather than in the "spots" near the entrance.) Another entrance at the corner of Grant Street and Hayes Lane is accessible via a short walk along Grant St from Lexington center and the Minuteman bike path.

It's short hike from either entrance over varied terrain. The trails here criss-cross over a series hills and valleys. Some stretches of trail are quite steep, but you should be able to find the cache while avoiding any treacherous sections by traveling around the steeper hills.

The cache is consists of a rubbermaid container located just off one of the trails.

There's evidence of muggle activity, but it appears that they only come out at night.

We've included some goodies we'd like to find including a Red Sox Lanyard, a fossil from the shores of Lake Ontario, an LED flashlight, a pocket calculator, a few Canadian $2 "Twonies" and a bunch of small toys.
