Beautiful lookout
The sign at the carpark suggests this is a 30 minute return journey. It must assume 20 minutes looking at the scenery, since it only took me 6 minutes to reach the lookout and that was UPHILL! I didn't run either!
Track is extremely well maintained and risen so that any water will drain off. No need for gumboots.
Cache position is a little difficult to spot, so here are 2 initial hints to help. A third hint is encoded below:
1) The cache is on the LEFT of the track (about 1m) as you approach the lookout.
2) Another 28 paces will take you to the bottom step of the lookout.
Cache is hidden under a log.
