High Exposure Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

wemedge: Thanks to cflute for letting me know that not only is the cache gone, but so is its hiding place: a very large and heavy cannon! Well I’ll be a son of a gun! [;)]

I always liked this very visible location, and enjoyed reading all of the logs over the years. Thanks to all who visited and endured its high exposure.

Geocache Description:

Every now and then I like a good urban cache that puts me in a crowded spot where the game gains a layer by having to try to be inconspicuous.

Some people like to use their GPSr as a faux-phone, or to tie their shoes a lot. I prefer bringing a piece of paper and pretend to be intently scribbling notes with my finger; people don't seem to pay much attention to someone doing research on, say, Civil War soldiers.

This cache is located at a very visible Nashua park. There’s nothing very tricky about the hide, but you will be highly exposed. You'll probably be seen by a captive audience of dozens of people, and from all sides. Hours are dawn to dusk, making it even more difficult to go unnoticed.

Please use extreme stealth, look like you're somehow supposed to be there, and replace the cache as found to avoid it being noticed. You'll need a pen.
