Geocache Description:


This one should be fairly easy to find compared to some of my other hides.

The closest legal parking is the upper level J.C. Penney's parking lot nearby.

Watch out for oncoming traffic travelling both directions along the perimeter road.

Be aware that there is a security car that patrols the surrounding parking lots.
