Located at the common on Academy Hill in Westminster, Ma.
This is a wonderful spot, especially on a summer night when a band concert is going on. (usually on Wednesdays). It seems as if there is always a nice breeze to make it comfortable. There is plenty of parking along the perimeter of the common. Kids will love this area because there is a lot of room to run around. Bring a frisbee or your baseball glove and enjoy the spot. The terrain is flat and the walk is short so those won't be problems here. The main challenge will be finding the mini-cache and getting the log paper back inside the capsule after you sign it. THERE IS NO WRITING IMPLEMENT IN THE CACHE SO PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN Please replace the slight camo that is hiding the cache exactly as you found it, because this spot does get quite busy once in a while.
