jasmerb: Looks like the aliens were upset with me for bringing attention to their old landing spot and have beamed the cache onto one of their orbiting spacecraft. It is now time to archive this listing. It was fun while it lasted.

If you go to any senior center in Palo Alto and find a lifetime resident of Palo Alto, they will share stories that have been passed down from generation to generation. Stories of aliens that landed in town. One spot was a major hub of alien activity and the ground was so compacted from the massive weight of the ships that nothing grew there any longer.
Long after the aliens moved on, the city expanded and wanted to build nice, uniform streets through the area. However, they found they could not bulldoze parts of the land so they decided to build around it by simply paving over the compacted soil.
If you come to visit this cache, you will be able to see the remnants of these landing spots. But don't look too closely or you will miss it.
The cache is a nano/blinker and the most logical spot possible.
