middelalderlige kirkebygninger. Kvissel kirke gengiver ganske godt
en dansk landsbykirke fra øerne. Arkitekten var Charles

The church (inaugurated in 1919)
is an illustration of how architects in the early decades of the
20th century tended to copy the style of the mediaeval churches.
Thus Kvissel church is quite a good copy of a village church from
one of the Danish islands.The architect was Charles
Jensen.
