Hidden on the Hemi Matenga track above Waikanae, there are two
accesses to this cache. The quickest and easiest is to park at the
Tui Cresent and walk the Parata Track to the cache. Park at the
following co-ordinates:
S 40° 52.549
E 175° 04.623
This walk would take about 1.5 hours return. But if you're up
for a bit of exercise (i.e. a day walk), park at my 'Huia Reborn' cache, and walk the Te Au Route to
the cache. Only for the exercise keen!
Cache is a marked white cylindrical plastic container that is
clearly marked.
