Escape From Stalag 13 (Canterbury) Traditional Geocache
status quo: As there's been no cache to find for months, I'm temporarily archiving this to keep it from continually showing up in search lists. Just contact us when you have the cache repaired, and assuming it still meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

"Quick, now's our chance to escape!". The War is near it's end, Colonel Klink has been sent to the Russian front and the trusty Sargeant Schultz has been left in charge of the camp!
We need to hurry though because General Burkhalter from HQ is on his way to relieve Sgt Schultz of his responsibility of guarding the camp, "He Know's nothing, nothing!"
Hogan has given the order for all the prisoners to escape from camp but one at a time as to not raise suspicion, Newkirk and LeBeau have already gone, now that Suhultz has been distracted (with some food) it's your turn! Find the best way to escape from here, but make sure to find a film canister on your way out and sign it so we know your have sucessfully completed your "Escape From Stalag 13".
Take special care if your escape route takes you near the rail tracks, they are patrolled by the german guards (there is no need to cross over the rail tracks!) To avoid early detection turn west off the Main road a few hundred metres from Stalag 13 on to the road running parallel.

This cache was placed for visitors to "Geocoinfest" Event held Saturday 6th October, and therefore I have left a "Canadian Micro Geocoin" for the lucky ftf.
