Det nuværende Ore fyr blev opført i 1895, hvor det erstattede det gamle fra 1879. Har fra starten været et vinkelfyr. Fyrret assisterer sammen med Orehoved fyr sejladsen gennem Storstrømmen.
det er et dejligt område, med gode badeforhold om sommeren.
Er placeret i anledningen at "store frigivelsesdag".
Indeholder fra start: FFC, oplukker, glaskugle,vogn mønt, lille bøtte, elg, sten, nøglering og paddehat.

English:
The present light house at Ore, were build in 1895, where it replaced the old light house from 1879. It has been a sectored light. The light house assist the navigation through "The big stream".
The cache is placed in the cause "the big day of release. It is a good place for bathing in the summer.
Contents from the beginning: FTF,bottle opener, glass globe, coin, little box, stone, elk, key ring and a toadstool.
