Geocache Description:

Introducing a new path, created by Landcare, which can accessed from the Channel Highway.

Overlooking North West bay and the township of Snug. You can enjoy the water views and perhaps have a picnic nearby. I know of some people who live in Hobart and holiday at the Snug Caravan Park. Says a lot for the area. Snug was virtually completely burnt out in 1967 and there is some information displayed locally.
