Cache Type Conundrum Mystery Cache

Chillington Hall has been home to the Giffard family for more than 800 years and is the third house to be built on the site. The gardens and parkland surrounding the house were designed by Capability Brown during the 1760's.

There is always a healthy discussion on the geocaching.com forums about the best type of cache. Some people love Traditional caches, especially easy ones as they are good for the numbers. Some people love Multi-caches as they give a longer walk and more of a challenge. Some people love Puzzle caches as they give a mental challenge, which keeps cachers occupied on dark, wet winter nights solving the puzzle.

We thought we'd have a bit of fun with this cache and allow you to do the cache your favourite way - as a Traditional, Multi or Puzzle. The choice is yours. When you log the cache, please state which of the ways you did the cache so we can keep a league table on the cache page.

Suggested parking is at N52 39.687 W2 12.637, which is at the start of the bridleway leading to the cache. Parking here gives the best walk to the cache. Please don't block the gate when parking. The bridleway can get a little muddy at times but other than that, it's an easy walk.
