Can you see the forest for the trees ???

The first stage of this cache is an easy find, just 20 feet off of a horse trail. Please don't use brute force in finding this stage as it will look trodden and obvious to horseback riders.

Instead, follow your GPSr carefully off the trail, walking slowly, so as not to confuse the electronics. When it has zeroed you should be within 20 feet of the first stage. Now, use your geo-spider senses to detect the most likely spots for the hide.

This puzzle could prove easy for a 10 year old yet impossible for a university graduate. Please keep spoilers out of the logs. Thanks, The Adventure Kids.

This geocache requires *NO BUSHWHACKING*

This is a really great idea for a cache; however one of us is colourblind and the other has no depth perception. We PAF for help.
Found final easily.

Found today while in the area. When leaving the cache, a bug flew into the back of my mouth and I gagged all the way back to the car. Not a pretty sight. Junglehair had a front row seat. Ewww ... Cache was in good shape.

TFTC!

Well, didn't we look a couple of fools. Standing in the snowy forest, peering intently at these silly pictures for a good 45 minutes before finally giving up. Neither of could see anything in them, so we had to get some friends to help. They took all of 5 seconds each to read the coords and get us moving along.
The search for the final had us going for a bit also, till I nudged it with the toe of my boot.
Thanks for the very enjoyable cache.

Really good cache. It took awhile for us to decipher the first clues - what a great idea!

I like that the coordinates put you within 20 feet of cache. Mosquitos were bad - they almost carried off our smallest child :-) Great puzzle. Needed all of us to figure it out.
