Geocache Description:

A small cache on the Coyote Creek Trail, near where cars disappear into thin air.

As you bike down the Coyote Creek Trail, just past Bailey, Hwy 101 goes uphill, and the cars climb up and seem to disappear into thin air. That's the rationale for the cache. The background is that this is an accidental cache. The cache container was left behind by another generous cacher to replace one of mine that had been muggled. I replaced that cache, so I was carrying the donated temporary replacement container with me. I didn't know what to do with it. It was uncomfortable carrying it in my pocket while biking, but I didn't want to just throw it away. I had the inspiration to improvise a new cache with it on a long stretch of trail that I had thought about placing a cache on before. Unfortunately, I only had logsheets with me and no pencils or trading items. I may add those later. I didn't have any camo materials either, so I had to improvise. Nevertheless, this cache is only a few feet from the trail. No need to bushwhack, much. It has room for small trading items.
