The Brisbane Koala Bushlands Horse Trail looks like a good trip for keen walkers or horse riders. The cache is at the beginning of the trail (or the end!) and it is flat terrain from the closest entry but there are poles stopping wheels getting in to the horse track. not wheel chair accessible for this reason.
this cache is in a small, clear container with a bit of blue. in it is a note book and a pencil and a little something. if you are outdoory and enjoy a walk or a horse ride, check out the track details below (you do not need to do the track to find the cache):
Brisbane Koala Bushlands Horse trail 5.4km
(1 hour to ride, 2 hours to walk)
This horse trail is designed for use by both horse riders and walkers. It traverses a variety of habitat types including the riparian areas of Stockyard and Tingalpa Creeks, and the open forests of the adjoining ridgelines. Access to the track is available from the Alperton Road visitor node, from Longton Court to the south of the Centre or through the Redland Shire Conservation Area of Ford Road. Riders and walkers should watch out for the large population of red neck wallabies that call this area home. Horse riders must give way to walkers at all times and strictly adhere to the designated track.
